To retain changes to existing Western front facade and all ancillary works. 2. To retain the extension of the floor space of the shop by way of change of use from an adjacent residential/commercial property and amalgamation of this area into shop use and all ancillary works. 3. To retain an extension to the rear of the existing shop and all ancillary works. 4. The retention of a caged gas storage unit.
